Education
Blaise has seven years of experience in educating the public on Estate Planning. He plans to bring that expertise to his role as the Public Administrator. He plans to provide free classes that are open to the public on the importance of planning for the future.
Improved Efficiency & Reducing Costs
Blaise Jorgensen knows the importance of running a tight ship in the private sector. Government offices should not operate like a business, however there are often out dated and inefficiencies that can be improved. Blaise will bring his knowledge in business management and operational efficiency into this role. He plans to update outdated programs and processes to ensure that the office of the Public Administrator can function effectively for Washoe County.
Transparency
Blaise believes that it should be easy to get in contact with all elected representatives. Every member of Washoe County should be able to reach out to the office and the representative if needed. He is dedicated to making sure that the people of Washoe will get a timely response when they reach out. Loved ones, local businesses and public officials all work with the Public Administrator and they deserve the access they voted for.
